2) SC allows felling of Khair trees
– Supreme court has given permission to Himachal Pradesh to axe green khair trees on 10 forest division of the state .
– For 5 forest divisions of Una, Hamirpur , Bilaspur, Nalagarh and Kutlehar”, working plan is ready. For remaining 5 forest divisions of Nahan , Paonta sahib , Dharamshala , Nurpur and Dehra the plan is being prepared.
– By silviculture felling of khair trees revenue will be generated . It is also helpful for forest management and rejuvenation .
3) Himachal’s first web -3 Metaverse event held.
– State’s first education web -3 metaverse event was organized
– It was organized at government senior secondary school , Kaloh , in Una district .
– It was held by district administration and two technical agencies . These technical agencies are Cruise fare and ICP india hub .
4) Saketi Fossil Park
Why in news?
Azadi ka amrit mahotsav was celebrated at Saketi fossil park .
- Saketi fossil park is located in sirmaur .
- It was declared as geological heritage site by geological survey of india.
- It displays a rich collection of vertebtrate fossils recovered from siwalik rocks of the area .
- These fossils are of plio – Pleistocene period (2.6 million to 11,700 years ago )
- Geological heritage sites are those which are inherently or culturally significant to earth’s evolution .
- Geological survey of india was founded in 1851, is a scientific agency under the ministry of mines .
5 ) Ethanol plant will be set up in district Una
- Hindustan petroleum corporation limited would set up an ethanol plant at Jeetpur Baheri in Una district,at Jeetpur Batheri , at a cost of rs 500 crore.
- Land required for this project is 30 acres, 20 acre additional land is needed.
- This plant will focus on production of grain based ethnol.
- Locally available raw material will be used for ethanol production.
- Himachal Pradesh govt will invest 50 % equity on this project .
6) Himachal Pradesh will formulate new policy for Green hydrogen production.
– Himachal Pradesh has signed a memorandum of understanding with Oil india limited for the production of green hydrogen.
– For the production of green Hydrogen Himachal Pradesh will also formulate a policy.
– Main objective of this policy will be to attract investments in large scale renewable energy projects .
– It will make the state pioneer in sustainable development.
– Also it will help the state achieving its target of becoming first green energy state by 2026.
7) Kangra tea has become second product of india to get registered with EU. This will pave a way to the European market.
– Kangra tea gor Indian GI tag in the year 2005.
– As the tea has got international recognition, its sale is expected to increase.
– It will help tea growers of kangra, palampur,Baijnath,Kangra, Dharamshala,jogindernagar of mandi and bhattiyat of chamba

1) माई सीएम - माई प्राइड इनिशिएटिव
- यह पहल सीएम सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू जी ने शुरू की है। इससे कोई भी व्यक्ति सीएम के साथ क्लिक की गई अपनी फोटो को डाउनलोड कर सकता है।
- जनता के साथ मजबूत संबंध बनाने के लिए।
2) सुप्रीम कोर्ट खैर के पेड़ काटने की अनुमति देता है
- सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हिमाचल प्रदेश को राज्य के 10 वन प्रभागों पर हरे खैर के पेड़ों को काटने की अनुमति दी है।
- ऊना, हमीरपुर, बिलासपुर, नालागढ़ व कुटलैहड़ के 5 वन प्रमंडलों के लिए कार्य योजना तैयार है. शेष 5 वन प्रमंडल नाहन, पांवटा साहिब, धर्मशाला, नूरपुर व देहरा के लिए योजना तैयार की जा रही है.
- वन संवर्धन से खैर वृक्षों की कटाई से राजस्व की प्राप्ति होगी। यह वन प्रबंधन और कायाकल्प के लिए भी सहायक है।
3) हिमाचल का पहला वेब-3 मेटावर्स इवेंट आयोजित हुआ।
- राज्य का पहला एजुकेशन वेब-3 मेटावर्स इवेंट आयोजित किया गया
- इसका आयोजन ऊना जिले के राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय कलोह में किया गया।
- यह जिला प्रशासन और दो तकनीकी एजेंसियों द्वारा आयोजित किया गया था। ये तकनीकी एजेंसियां क्रूज किराया और आईसीपी इंडिया हब हैं।
4)साकेती जीवाश्म पार्क
ख़बरों में क्यों?
साकेती जीवाश्म पार्क में आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव मनाया गया।
- साकेती जीवाश्म उद्यान सिरमौर में स्थित है।
- भारत के भूवैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण द्वारा इसे भूवैज्ञानिक विरासत स्थल घोषित किया गया था।
- यह क्षेत्र के सिवालिक चट्टानों से बरामद कशेरुकी जीवाश्मों का एक समृद्ध संग्रह प्रदर्शित करता है।
- ये जीवाश्म प्लियो-प्लीस्टोसिन काल (2.6 मिलियन से 11,700 वर्ष पूर्व) के हैं
- भूवैज्ञानिक विरासत स्थल वे हैं जो पृथ्वी के विकास के लिए स्वाभाविक या सांस्कृतिक रूप से महत्वपूर्ण हैं।
- भारत का भूवैज्ञानिक सर्वेक्षण 1851 में स्थापित किया गया था, यह खान मंत्रालय के तहत एक वैज्ञानिक एजेंसी है।
5) जिला ऊना में एथेनॉल प्लांट लगाया जायेगा
- हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड ऊना जिले के जीतपुर बहेरी में जीतपुर बथेरी में 500 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से एथनॉल संयंत्र स्थापित करेगी।
- इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए 30 एकड़ जमीन की जरूरत है, 20 एकड़ अतिरिक्त जमीन की जरूरत है।
- यह प्लांट अनाज आधारित एथनॉल के उत्पादन पर फोकस करेगा।
- एथेनॉल उत्पादन के लिए स्थानीय स्तर पर उपलब्ध कच्चे माल का इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा।
- हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार इस परियोजना पर 50% इक्विटी निवेश करेगी।
6) हिमाचल प्रदेश हरित हाइड्रोजन उत्पादन के लिए नई नीति बनाएगा।
- हिमाचल प्रदेश ने ग्रीन हाइड्रोजन के उत्पादन के लिए ऑयल इंडिया लिमिटेड के साथ समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं।
- ग्रीन हाइड्रोजन के उत्पादन के लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश भी नीति बनाएगा।
- इस नीति का मुख्य उद्देश्य बड़े पैमाने पर नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं में निवेश आकर्षित करना होगा।
- यह राज्य को सतत विकास में अग्रणी बनाएगा।
- साथ ही यह राज्य को 2026 तक पहला हरित ऊर्जा राज्य बनने के अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में मदद करेगा।
7) यूरोपीय संघ के साथ पंजीकृत होने के लिए कांगड़ा चाय भारत का दूसरा उत्पाद बन गया है।
इससे यूरोपीय बाजार का रास्ता साफ होगा।
- वर्ष 2005 में कांगड़ा चाय गोर भारतीय जीआई टैग।
- जैसे-जैसे चाय को अंतरराष्ट्रीय पहचान मिली है, इसकी बिक्री बढ़ने की उम्मीद है।
- इससे कांगड़ा, पालमपुर, बैजनाथ, कांगड़ा, धर्मशाला, मंडी के जोगिंदरनगर और चंबा के भटियात के चाय उत्पादकों को मदद मिलेगी
